Another avant-garde winner from our Seattle-based friends Debacle. Electronic artist Zac Nelson of Chll Pll and Hexlove debuts his first CD release under his own name, bringing us an album that is erratic, disjointed, and disorienting; despite that, the schizophrenic flow of the tracks somehow manages to be quite captivating. Various glitchy motifs are layered and sequenced in intriguing ways, ranging from echoing ambient bliss to buzzing, frantic clutter of noises.
FCC Clean. Late night DJs and listeners are likely to enjoy 4 and 6 the most.

1. (1:44) Hushed, airy, spacious ambient
2. (17:26) Bizarre clunking, clanging and clonking percussion loops + eerie chanting
3. (7:54) Weird 2a.m. audiohallucinatory babbling nonsense
4. (7:03) blissful Barn Owl-esque drone in a basement
5. (7:08) Droning futuristic raga
6. (5:00) Lickets-esque swelling of ambient chords and hovering, dissonant guitar tones
