Reissue of some pretty smoking 70’s prog jazz. From the Bitches Brew, Weather Report school, this harkens to the edge of the cliff where chimey Fender Rhodes piano and actual wind chimes became the trademark of (awful) Fern Bar Jazz. But alas, in the manner that awesome funk and soul gave birth to some awful disco, nobody shoots Funkadelic or KC. This is some hot stuff that doesn’t fall into the impresario trappings that later prog did, and keeps the ferns at bay.

1) (2:41) funky, soulful w/ handclaps
2) (7:59) wind chimes, Rhodes, clarinet starts, very chill picks up into some epic prog jazz
3) (8:13) tight, composed prog jazz, all instruments playing on melody before full on rock out
4) (8:37) sax lead, jammy
5) (5:28) chil feel but subtle and cool, melodic fender Rhodes
6) (1:38) very chill, w/ flute, brief
7) (14:33) starts smokin, midway chills out, enters a bass solo and chill space, returns to intensity, worth the time
8) (2:59) flute and general tone borders on smooth jazz, especially the familiar 70’s melodies (is this a cover?)
9) (8:48) very chill intro, sax takes lead, overall chill feel
10) (5:34) proggy feel, upbeat smokin, nice sax
11) (2:44) kinda cheesy feel w/guitar and Rhodes
12) (5:34) demo take of track 4
