Cajmere: LEt's Dance
Cajmere (Curtis Jones) is a legendary Chicago based producer/DJ. HE started up labels such as Cajual & Relief back in the early 90s and is now best known for his production work under the alias "Green Velvet". His style under Cajmere is more straight-up Chicago house. Under the G.V. alias his production is more tracky & techno with a lot of personality. Try 2,4.
1) Instrumental of track #2, bubbly basslines & haunting strings. Great track to overlay an acapella
2) Catchy male vocals w/ main hook "all I want to do is dance". Reminds me of new school Prince vibe. Great dance floor killer in a good way
3) Instrumental of track #4. This track is similar to #1 w/ haunting strings that come in where the hook would be. Has an eerie vibe w/ nice atmosphere.
4) Male vox, haunting strings, wicked beats. Quality from Cajmere
