Ms. Jody is an example of the musical "rags" to "riches" story. She started her career late and has achieved (at least two classic Southern Soul singles) in just the two years since she walked through the doors at Ecko Records in Memphis a "complete unknown." Her CD "Ms Jody's in the House" is a collection of well written blues/Southern Soul songs. A fun downhome party CD!
